Disney World Weekend for Inbound Students

Rotary Youth Exchange District 6970, along with your host Rotary Club, is pleased to invite you to spend four amazing days at Walt Disney World! 

Join all your fellow inbound students from Florida, , and elsewhere as we visit Epcot, Magic Kingdom, Disney Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom!

LODGING: Saratoga Springs Villas near Disney Springs. All bedding and linens are provided. The only villa access keys are held by the chaperones

MEALS: Breakfast is provided each morning. Late-night snacks are also provided. The Villa has a full kitchen. You may bring your own snacks and are allowed to bring food into the parks but glass is NOT permitted. All other meals are at the expense of the student, so please plan accordingly. Quick service meals range from $10-$20 per meal. Park Snacks (popcorn, pretzel, churro, beverages) range from $5-$10 each. Free cups of water are available as are water fountains.

TICKETS: Each student will receive one (1) park ticket. This ticket is your admission to the park for all 4 days. Your name is assigned to this specific ticket.

BUDDY SYSTEM: Students must always be with a buddy. This includes parks, hotel/resort, shopping and Disney transportation.
No Exceptions!

CHECK INS: students must check in with chaperones at certain times each day. Some check ins will be photo check in notifications by text. Students must respond to the group text within 15 minutes of photo request with a selfie and visible background of their current location. Other check ins will be in person at a designated time/location as set by chaperones.

CLOTHING/ WEATHER: Orlando weather can vary greatly in December.
BRING YOUR BLUE DISTRICT RYE SHIRT!!!  You will be required to wear it!
Bring comfortable walking shoes and an extra pair in case it rains. Rain poncho/rain jacket or umbrella; sweatshirt/jacket for colder evenings; swimsuit for resort pool; personal toiletries. Layered clothing is recommended.
Small backpacks are permitted in parks.
