Payment Information for Future Outbound Candidates

For the 2025-26, the program fee for outbound students is $6,000 and must be paid in full prior to RYE Outbound “Graduation” the weekend of June 14-15 .  The following payment schedule is suggested, although Outbound students are welcome to pay any time before June 13.

• $1,200 by February 14, 2025
• $1,200 by March 14, 2025
• $1,200 by April 14, 2025
• $1,200 by May 14, 2025
• $1,200 by June 13, 2025

Please ALWAYS write the student’s name (first and last) on the check’s memo line.

We do not send out invoices, so we ask that families remember the deadlines and send in their payments in a timely manner.

As a reminder, the Program Fee covers the cost of student airfare, medical and liability insurance, all our orientation sessions and materials, and more. Students and their families are responsible for the cost of obtaining passports and visas, including any necessary travel to obtain those documents, for spending money in the host country (over and above the allowance provided by the host Rotary Club), and for any optional tours during or at the end of the exchange year. In the case of a student who withdraws from the program, or is disqualified from the program, prior to departure, Rotary may, at its option, refund amounts paid in that have not been expended or committed to that point. For any student whose exchange is terminated early, either voluntarily or not, there is no promise of refund whatsoever. Application fees paid to the sponsor district prior to acceptance are not included in any of these amounts.
